Air compressors are widely used general equipment in the manufacturing industry. Proper energy-saving management of air compressors is essential for enterprises to reduce power consumption. To cut production costs, it is urgent for factories to deploy high-efficiency air compressors. How can energy savings be achieved for air compressor systems?
For air compressors listed in the national catalogue of eliminated high-energy-consuming equipment and units with excessively low energy efficiency, consider complete replacement with new high-efficiency air compressors.
  1. Eliminate Air Leakage
    Calculations show that a tiny hole of 1 mm² under 7 bar pressure creates a leakage rate of approximately 1.5 L/s. Inspect all transmission pipelines and gas consumption points, especially joints and valves, and repair leakage points promptly.
  2. Control Pressure Drop
    Install pressure gauges on pipeline sections to monitor pressure and inspect pressure loss in each pipeline segment; maintain problematic pipelines timely.
